Chimaera Gallery presents EARTH&SKY, a solo exhibition by Roberta Tucci, inviting viewers into a vibrant world where the natural and celestial collide in a consonance of color and form. Known for her abstract interpretations of the world around her, Tucci’s acrylic paintings draw inspiration from her deep, meditative connection to the outdoors. This collection captures the dualities of nature — the solidity of the earth and the expansiveness of the sky — through a body of work that spans large and small canvases, along with intricately painted constructions on shaped wood panels.

 In EARTH&SKY, earthly subjects such as marigold flowers and the flowing rhythms of river water come to life in bold, energetic compositions. These grounded scenes are juxtaposed with Tucci’s skyward explorations, where whimsical flight patterns of birds and the gradual dance of an eclipse infuse the works with a sense of movement and mysticism. Each painting offers an interplay between groundedness and the ethereal, inviting viewers to experience a balance between the tangible and the transcendent.
