Is Chimaera an online only gallery?

Chimaera has a brick and mortar space in East Falls, Philadelphia, located in the Sherman Mills at: 3502 Scott’s Lane, Building #21, Philadelphia, PA 19129. We also sell art online through our website.

How and when should interested customers contact you?

Do you accept commissioned projects?

Yes. All of our artists are interested in commissioned projects, and Chimaera Gallery is happy to facilitate all aspects of the proposed project.

Do you have a newsletter subscription form?

Yes. Please scroll to the bottom of the page, on the right side you will see our newsletter sign-up form.

What are your payment terms?

All balances must be paid in full before the artwork is shipped out.

Do you offer installment payment plans?

Chimaera is happy to set up an installment payment plan to reserve a piece of artwork for a customer, but we will not transfer the title of the work to the customer until the balance is paid in full.

Do you have a return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

What shipping options do you offer?

Our default shipping method is Ground shipping with USPS, but we are able to use any shipping option that you request. All of our items are insured for the full value of the item during shipping.

Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?

Yes we do.

Do your artists accept visitors at their studio?

Some of our artists would love to give a studio tour, it just depends on their availability. If you would like to arrange a virtual or in-person studio visit with one of our artists, please send an email to hello@chimaeragallery.com.

Do you rent or lease your art and what are your fees?

Chimaera does lease certain artworks, and our fees vary depending on the proposed installation. Please send us an email at hello@chimaeragallery.com and we can design a project that fits your budget and requirements.

Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?
